Just takes time & effort....... To reach a broad range of girls, there's Craigslist & backpage. If you go on backpage and go through the adult job links, there's an ad for bubblegum casting. These are the guys from realgirlsdoporn. It's the online modeling agency they started up to find girls. Craigslist is also really, really good. A lot of naive girls looking for jobs end up going through the gig links under jobs.They see models wanted and they say why not. But you have to keep posting and posting on backpage and craigslist to find girls. I mean you have to post multiple times a week and girls will call.
there are also a number of modeling websites where girls post there ads. Just run a google search.
