Of course he wasn't banned. I haven't even looked into how one goes about banning someone, much less doing it. I certainly wouldn't ban a contributing poster just because I didn't like them or disagreed with them.

Edit: As laughed at here many times before, my home ISP is Hughesnet. Some Mormon in their HQ bans XPT from my permissible websites or forgets to update their dns servers from time to time and I have been excluded from this site for days at a time. Likely that's what happened to Barry. I really just wanted to see how much of a rant he could get on with and how many people he could get to fall in line with him by claiming to be banned. At the very end there, he stepped back from the ledge.
