I believe it's glute work. Ash Hollywood's been doing a lot of it, and it has moved her ass up and rounder and leaned out her waist. For me, it made my ass smaller, yet also leaned out my waist even more. Seems like with women, squats and glute work will either make your ass smaller or bigger. Squats seem to be the magical exercise to give you what your body needs. Either way, your ass is going to look tighter and cellulite disappears.
Hence why ass implants are stupid. Dumbest, useless plastic surgery ever. And that's saying a lot if I think a plastic surgery is useless.
