How do the authorities imply it was bath salts without the toxicology tests being finished. Did the maniac have them in his pocket or something? Anyone hear anything? It seemed odd that it came out so quickly that they thought it was Bath salts.
So apparently it wasn't bath salts- should have kept his brain to test for rabies or something
