I got this blender off an infomercial and it came yesterday. It is amazinggggggg. I think it's the dual blades.
When that thing breaks, get yourself a KitchenAid. It will last longer than the anything you can throw at it...

Bullshit! KitchenAid was good quality when Hobart was producing stuff for KitchenAid, not anymore.

I bought 2 loaves of weight watchers wheat bread at Shoprite since there was a sign saying "2 for $5, must buy 2". [Usually go with the Wonder Light Wheat, $3.49] Got charged $4 each. Went to Customer Service. Seems that the posted sign was from a previous sale. Still, I got one loaf free and one loaf for $2.50. Made my day.

They have 2 for 5 WW Bread at Waldbaum's this week. Another great sae that they have is 12 for $3.96 LA Yougurts. I picked up all the circular packs that were thrown in my buildings and I have like 35 of coupons for $1.50 OFF the 12 LA Yougurts. I will buy the LA Yogurt this week.

I prefer Dannon Light. Less fat, less net carbs.
They are often 10 for $4 at ShopRite. And, usually there's a $1 off coupon from the circulars to apply.
I always take 2 of the circulars. No one here would care if I took all of them. No one else uses them.
The guy left about 20 this week. Which is like 3 times the number of apartments.
How many yogurts do you eat that you need "all" the circulars?
I don't eat that much of the yogurt but I always gotta have more coupons than I need, just in case. I even started a binder with a baseball card sleeves where I keep the coupons. The best time to use a coupon is when Waldbaum's or a Pathmark has double or even triple coupon week!!! What that means is that if I have $1.50 OFF the 12 yogurts coupons then on the double coupon week I can take $3.00 OFF or $4.50 OFF on the triple coupon week. THATS THE BEST DEAL!!!
I just take all the circulars during the day (while all the building residents are at work), take out all the coupon inserts, and then bring back the rest of the circulars in the night (like Santa) when everyone sleeps, so in the morning when they go to work they can pick up the circulars, but there is no coupons for them!!! but on the other hand, Russian people don't really use coupons other than me.

Yesterday, a bunch of frozen fruit, fat-free milk and acai juice to make smoothies. The recipe came from an episode of Good Eats. I gotta start eating breakfast again.
It was late and I was tired and just grabbed everything I needed off the shelf. It wasn't until I was at the register and the total came to $62.41 that I looked and saw the fucking acai juice cost $40. I thought about putting it back, but for some ungodly reason I thought, "you know, for $40, it's probably some damn good shit..."
So I get home and taste it. It's bland with a hint of meaty fruit in the background. It tastes like they need to add sugar. Thinking it must be the some kind of super-health elixir and that's why it's so expensive, I google around. Apparently, grape juice only costs $3 for an even bigger bottle and has just as many anti-oxidants. Anti-oxidants supposing to be the whole thing about acai...
The smoothies aren't spectacular, but I'm a slow riser. They're something easy to eat in the morning when I usually don't feel like eating.
Read how real cranberry juice is suppose to be healthy and cure you of everything that is wrong with you. But I've never seen it in the store before. Googled around and found a few bottles costing $50 - $100+ for one bottle.

I assume from the coupon album that you're planning to go from Dunkin Donuts to Dunkin Donuts on Valentine's Day for the free donut.
Yup, that is what I plan to do on Valentine's Day: get to as many DDs stores for a free donut.
My coupon for yogurt requires that the quantity of yogurts be 12.

Stop worrying about these juices and elixirs. The key is to eat real, actual fruit. Not juices sold in stores. Fruit. Eat it.

So buy 12. As the pic notes, they are 29 cents each. You don't have to buy EXACTLY 10 and there isn't a limit. [if there were restrictions it would be in bold face, etc., like you can see in the ad snip from the items above and below the yogurt one]
It depends on the store's computer system. Sometimes the item's scan at regular price until it hits 10 or 12 and then the promo price kicks in.

Not at ShopRite or PathMark, dude.
If the computer doesn't do what the circular says, it's one item free and the corrected price on the rest.
Wheres this policy? I know for sure that Pathmark does all the promos once it reaches certain number or when the store loyalty card is scanned. I remember this from when I bought the Campbell's gravy from them, I kept my eye on the register's screen. That is what I always do, so that they wont screw up the price.

You're missing my point. It doesn't matter what the computer does if it doesn't match the circular and/or in store ads. You take the receipt and the items to customer service.
If the scanner/computer charged you the wrong price for a scanned item both PathMark & ShopRite give you one of the item for free.
Last month I got a free package of South Beach Protein Plus bars from Pathmark because the Maple ones weren't scanning right.
I don't know where you'll find your store's published policy, but most of the major supermarkets have been doing it since they installed scanners years and years ago.
Here's an article about such things, fyi
Over the years I've gotten free things from Kroger's, Price Chopper, A&P and the aforementioned ShopRite & PathMark.
I mostly shop sale items now and mostly at ShopRite. So most of my free stuff has been from there. But, it isn't very common. Oddly I've had two in a month.
I don't remember the last one before these two.
Interesting, I never heard or seen the Price Scanner Accuracy policy, but I know that some stores give you stuff for free if they fail to give you a receipt. I will have to find out about this policy in-person.

If you want to save money, do what this mother of six did. She started planning her meals one year in advance.
http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/Parenting/mom-plans-meals-entire-year/story?id=9618348
I kind of do that. Like, there are a few things I make that require buttermilk, but only rarely do I need it. So, I started buying this powdered buttermilk that Cook's Illustrated said was good and you can store it in the fridge for like a year. Having to gather and store everything is the hardest part about trying to cook for me.
But, I enjoy more being a work in progress, constantly adapting to whatever I fancy lately. Having to feed 6 kids must have taken all the joy out of cooking for her. Now, it's just a job..

Out-Panzer-ed Panzer.
Decided to dig though and find the La Yogurt coupon. Then plotted my walk to include a run to Shoprite. There I purchased 12 of the low fat version at "10 for $2.90" at ShopRite.
$3.48 for the yogurt. $1.50 off with the coupon. $0.05 off for the reusable canvas bag.
That's $1.93 for 12 [16 cents each] as opposed to Panzer's $2.46 [20.5 cents each]
So I win.
Where did you got the coupon?

From a previous "ad pack".
I pull out the coupons section and go through them periodically. So I had a stack dating back to about Christmas, maybe the week before. It was in the second "group" I checked.
I don't keep as many coupons as you since I do much of my shopping at Costco. And, most of my shopping is non-branded unprepared foods [fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, deli meat].
From that aforementioned pile besides the coupon noted, I pulled a bunch of dollar coupons: 4 for Dannon light, 2 for Activa, 1 for Oikos, 1 for PowerBars, 1 for Shredded Wheat and 1 for Comet Cleansers.
Of these, I will likely only use 1 of the Dannon Light, the Oikos and the Post Shredded Wheat.

Might have. But, unlike lowfat yogurt, sour cream isn't on my diet [and I never bought often anyway] so I would have passed that one by.
Mostly I clip yogurt and cereal which is my breakfast.
For lunch it would be great to have coupons for Wonder Light or Weight Watchers bread, but I've yet to see one. Occasionally I'll get a mustard coupon.
Nothing I eat for dinner has a coupon.

My good buy for the day was at PathMark this time. Two 16.4 oz boxes of Post mini-shredded wheat for $3, then $1 off coupon to make it $2, and then, much to my surprise, a $1 voucher printed as a "thanks" from Post off my next PathMark purchase. So in the end, the 2 boxes cost me 50 cents each.

I bought an obscenely expensive text book. Anyone who has bought books will understand, no comment is necessary.
Though I cannot believe very simple UNIX texts can possibly retail for 50 bucks given that it has been around since 1969.
The book I am bitching about isn't a UNIX book.
