I assume IMG stands for the image listed in the Instant UBB code box?? Tha above is what I got.
From where you are right now in your last post.
Click on the attachment.
The image page will come up.
Hilight and copy the URL.
Go back out to the post.
Hit the Edit button.
You're back inside your post.
Scroll udner your written text and paste the URL into the space under the text.
Bookend the copied URL in between
[image] and [/image]
so that it looks like this
"[image]http://www.xxxporntalk.com/ubbthreads/uploads/50309-net%20finds%20%2826%29.jpg[/image]"
Click submit until you are back out.
Hey Sick Fuck I did this as per the instructions. What I notice is in the URL on my attachment there is no (net%20finds%20%2826%29.jpeg) It appears as ([image]http://www.xxxporntalk.com//ubbthreads/download.php?Number=50309[/image]) I even added the.jpeg. Now this is an image from my HD not the net. Does that make a difference? I wouldn't think so but what the hell nothing else is working for me.
I do appreciate all the help though. I will endeavor to persevere.
HD doesn't matter, or figure into it at all.
There's two steps.
You have to write it up and add the attachment, as usual, then post it.
You've done that a million times.
Seeing how the it looks with the attachment hyperlinked.
Making the picture appear in your document comes after that.
It's about going back in and editing your document
all I can say is bookend it between
[image] and [/image]
There's a preview, so you can keep doing it until it works.
The way I learned was by clicking on Smart's posts. He often puts up pics, so I just followed his Quoted section, until I figured out how he was doing it.
Press Quote on somebody's post that has a picture in with the text, then open up a second window and work off of it with your own.
Remember, you can preview it and preview it and preview it until it works.
