Brian Surewood ain't much closer either.
OT but I found this tidbit interesting enough to post:
Carmen Seguin-Barnes:
Brian was NOT STREET RACING and he was NOT IN AN ARGUMENT with the teenager driving the other vehicle and Brian did NOT CRASH HIS CAR. The teenager crashed his own car. The adolescent was tailgating Brian, going in and out of traffic when he tried going around Brian's car at an unsafe speed, he lost control of his own vehicle that crashed in to a parked car that crashed in to the family. He then blamed Brian for his own negligence and told everyone at the scene of the accident that it was Brian's car that causes him to crash. There was absolutely no physical evidence that Brian made him crash. In fact whatever evidence there was that proved he was innocent was not allowed to be presented in court. The whole case was built on the teenagers lie even though at the end it didn't do him any justice because he is also in prison; the only thing it did was drag Brian and his family in to all this drama.
In October 2007 Surewood and another driver were charged with murder and vehicular manslaughter after a road-rage incident that led to the death of a 5-year-old boy, the coma of his infant sister and the mother who lost one leg. He was later sentenced to 11 years in prison.
When some douche is tailgating me I slow down. If I think it's a hazard I slow down and pull over.
