Third violation = termination of contract and the wrestler isn't able to resign for a year. If the wrestler is re-signed after that time period, he is considered to have 2 strikes and is subject to more frequent, random tests and termination if he pisses hot again.

Rey Rey is on his second suspension, but w/ all his injuries and rumors of retirement, I think when he turns up hot the next time, he'll just go home.

Also, WWE is considering changing their policy, so when they announce suspensions, they will also make public what the employee tested positive for.
