In 20+ years of watching porn I can think of one case where the girl can honestly claim an improvement: Celeste (the one who dated Woody Long, maybe ten years ago). With that one exception it's always been a case of, at best, no worse.

I've wondered if part of the problem isn't the strip club mentality. A bunch of drunks in bad lighting may have trouble telling if it's a boy or girl on stage without the cartoonish tits.
