Good point. I meant to make an offer like this to a girl a while back who kept parking around the corner from me and getting tickets. She'd get a ticket basically every single day and just tear it up. Plus she was cute. She sort of looked like a stripper I used to know. Mostly, I was going to make the offer just so I could talk to her because she piqued my interest. I think her lic. plate was "SMOOCH." One day, she just stopped coming around.
