I've never had a problem with Marc Bell, and I still see the whole thing as harmless. Bell thought it'd be a great idea to get Brooklyn and Tasha a pic with Clinton. It's cute and it sure doesn't hurt as a p.r. move. If it helped Brooklyn and Tasha garner new fans through a google search or lead people to any Penthouse layouts they've done (Bell owns Penthouse), then bonus points for everyone around.
