Not to be rude but... how "mature" is Gia? Every time I see a photo of her she looks maybe 25 at best.
As for the titty exchange, if she loves the idea of big guns.. let her have at them. She clearly has done the research. I just hope she (and I know she has sense) picks a great surgeon that minimalizes the scars. That above "lift" pic was gross. Unhealed, but I have seen girls who have had reductions and the scars were serious. I would hate for Gia to mar that lovely body that way--considering I think she looks amazing the way she is... all natural.
