Yes, it was a critical (maybe even mean or harsh?) post in which subject's contributions were summarized and commented upon. But never did I use the W-word nor was I outright insulting.

I think it's sheer arbitrariness on hav2cit's part. If the post in question had been made by anyone else, it wouldn't have been deleted by hav2cit. That's pure speculation on my part and there's no way I can prove (or hav2cit can disprove) that speculation.

When asked for a reason, hav2cit resorts to name-calling, stating that he doesn't owe me anything (which, indeed, he doesn't) and more insults. Finally, Boss Höss steps up to save hav2cit's feeble mind and soul by 'drawing a line in the sand'. I do understand the necessity of Boss Höss' stepping in. It's 'his' forum. And, at first, his warning was definitely not unreasonable.

It's a shame hav2cit couldn't refrain from further posting in this thread, because his posts contribute absolutely nothing and only muddle the argument. At one point I was even afraid that his keyboard was kaput.

Later on, I read that Boss Höss refers to other posters as "plebes", confirms his being the be-all and end-all of XPT (somebody saw this weeks ago) and more or less admits that he wants to create a fanboi corner.

For some self-professed "libertarians", free-thinkers and/or masons, hav2cit and Boss Höss seem awfully power hungry and keen to install and maintain their primacy. The hammer-analogy is fitting in more way than one.
