It's more like trying to engage a wall-flower at the school dance. You never know who you might coax out of the shadows. Sure the extroverts jump right in and they get hammered, but the introverts read that and think they'll be treated the same way. Well...not exactly. Some of these folks need encouragement. Encourage them. We might find a new Simp or Fatman or Random who need a little while to get their legs. What's there to lose?
