I made it myself. I went to Panera Bread several days ago and ordered Italian Combo sandwich and it cost me $9.03, so I decided to make my own version of it. I documented every step in the making with my camera. Follow my blog and in 3-4 days I will upload the photos. I even made the horseradish-mustard sauce.

The Coke can glasses are from the dollar store. Sweet tea is inside.
