Finally found this song, thanks to the Cult of Black Philip. Fuck it's insanely good.

Rockpile=Dave Edmunds (guitar and vocals), Nick Lowe (bass and vocals), Billy Bremner (guitar and vocals), Terry Williams (drums)
Put out four albums in the late 1970s and early 1980s but only one (Seconds of Pleasure) was under the Rockpile name. Repeat When Necessary and Tracks on Wax 4 were released under Dave Edmunds name and Labour of Lust was released under Nick Lowe's name.

Some excellent selections in there, FBF. Can't get into the thrash/grind shit, but love some Mudhoney, Neurosis, Unsane, Melvins, etc.
While I usually listen to harder, more dynamic shit, I have been digging the fuck out of these Mando Daio guys lately. Lot of throwback sounds with nods to the Beatles, The Doors, and The Animals. Never would have even heard of them if it wasn't for Pandora.

You ever heard Cutthroats 9? They're basically Unsane part 2

Couldn't really get into them as much. I was sort of out of my late nineties Unsane phaze when they came about. Me and a friend used to collect Man's Ruin discs/vinyl and I think I traded that cd to him for something i can't remember.

I will be surprised if anyone on this board besides myself and Fartz have ever heard of this band but they were the best band that should have made it big in the 80s but didn't.
(Unless you consider having an album go gold two months after it was released even though the only country it was released in was Norway to be making it big.)
