Is there any way I can sell these vids, or post them online to make money?

Do I need model release forms signed by all these girls? I see spy cam vids all over the internet, and i doubt the girls all have signed those forms.

I've been checking out Clips4sale, and they seem to have a pretty decent system. The thing is, I'm concerned people will download my vids from there, and then post them on the numerous tube sites all over the internet.
