I don't remember where I heard it, but some talking head was saying a lot of the career SS guys went over to Homeland Security because the pay was better. Now there's a lot of unseasoned people in SS.

My dislike of the current POTUS notwithstanding, I'd hate to see the SS lose a "client". Any client. I take security of politicians very seriously. Mostly because of my naive belief that we're "better" than countries whose transitions of power involve a tad more bloodshed. Like anywhere in Africa.
