Nah, won't pass inspection due to a catalytic converter I'm not spending $800-1000 on. Car has 200K miles on it. Driver side caliper seized up like 6months ago, I replaced it and the pads. 3 months later, same think on the passenger side. I was broke so I didn't replace or cut the rotors.

Now, the driver side was starting to grind, and I had a couple extra shekels, so I figured I'd get it over with. My friend did the rear brakes for me. I never fucked with drum brakes, and he has all the various pliers/tools to take the springs off. Knock on wood, but the only thing left to do is the blower motor. I only got air flow this winter doing 80 on the highway. I do a lot of stop and go traffic, so I need that A/C to rock and roll.
