It's comforting to know that Kid Vegas can now arm himself with an assault rifle... legally.
He can't arm himself with an assault rifle without a Federal Firearms Stamp, as assault rifles are select fire weapons (machine gun/Full auto) and require Federal and local background checks, finger printing and photos before taking delivery. Weeks of paperwork.
And just for info. These weapons were never affected by the ban, could and can still purchase them if you meet the requirements.
