great advice and this is what ive been doing.


Hang in there. It took my body 3 months of intense weight training before I saw any major changes take place. So many times I was ready to give up. It took my body that long to register what was happening. It wasn't used to REAL working out. Lack of patience is what makes most people give up, I think.
