Body for Life is the real deal, guys. But also, stop this obsession with counting calories. Sure, that's great as a general guide, but food content is just as important. That's why I don't count calories when it comes to fruit and vegetables. These are actual foods your body was born to digest and metabolize. Most of your daily intake should be these REAL, ACTUAL FOODS rather than shite made in a factory masquerading as food. Stop with the Muscle Milks and protein bars. It's just protein combined with chemicals and tons of cals, carbs, and sugar. Oh, and stop with the sports drinks. Again, this is sugary bullshit masquerading as food. Just drink water. You want a lil flavor? Squeeze a lemon into it and get your ass back in the gym.
