So I had a couple buddies down here earlier. We made out pretty well.

Farm ponds are the best fishing. We always did catch and release though. I caught the same 4-5lb bass 3 times on 2 different lures one summer. It was easy to release them, because the farm crop dusted and the ponds caught a ton of run off.

I actually thought there'd be more questions about the other phot than the one with me in it.

I fill up that steel ring with firewood every winter, then I tilt down that half a pallet on the deck and stack it up with firewood, too. It almost makes a cord.

The leather thing on the rope is a sling which I use to pull the wood up to the next floor which is where the stove is. If you go downstairs, load the sling. If you go upstairs, pull it up and drop the sling back down. The fact the pallet is up and the ring almost empty is evidence that Spring is truly here.

The lumps of coal under the ring...well I throw one in the fire from time to time when I know I won't have time to tend it. I think those are about 4 yrs old plus however many million years it took them to form.

i go fishing with my uncle once in awhile at this pond near his house and have never caught shit there.got a mean bite last time but after minutes of trying to reel it in it got loose.used to fish there in highschool and noone ever caught shit.

same situation at my local pond,but its not like there isnt fish.you can see the ducks diving straight down for lunch but ive never seen anyone catch shit.
