i was drinking 3 shakes a day for about a week then added a meal at the end.decided to cut it to two a day and one meal but that shit doesnt work because i overate a couple nights.so ive found that it goes one muscle milk with water and a banana,then another for lunch and maybe an apple,with a third shake for dinner and a small meal.
the racial holy war against fat continues today because im having my dr up my zoloft which will decrease my appetite substantially.fathowa!
