I don't know who condoned it. This isn't my forum. Yet. But it's well documented that the responses were wanted via pm, and the OP didn't want to get tittie pm's for the next 7 yrs. in his inbox.

So yeah the contest may have missed the mark for whatever reason. I don't know why (Hey y'all Tits!) but the reason for the alt should be crystal clear.
