Worst plate to see is PA. Those people seem to think the left hand lane isn't for passing, its for doing 4 mph over the limit. They also have difficulties merging, which leads to disasters at round a bouts.

Nah, not like the old ones with the raised lettering and the little tag box in the corner. Jerky's right about the color scheme, but they're flat and have something a little different on top. And no tag box.

I could think of 1,756 other ways for them to raise revenue, though.

Little known trivia: I grew up in S. Florida from grades 2-12. Let me tell you we HATED seeing those orange NY plates flood our city every Fall. Everything changed. You never heard a car horn in traffic and all of a sudden they blared at every light. Waitresses got jumpy because of the damnyankees bitching about the buffet. The damned old women destroyed the produce section of the grocery store assaulting all the goods with their squeezing and poking, and the damned old men parked on benches everywhere trying to tell us kids where we could and could not ride our bikes in our town.

Savages, I tell you, and they rode in with Orange plates.

You don't have to tell me: I have kin there. That was one of my first experiences in NOT sounding like I'm from New York.

And I always hated those orange plates. I liked the blue and yellow ones better. I see those orange ones and think Berkowitz.
