My biggest disappointment w/ the Johnny Depp Willie Wonka movie was that they used one dwarf and digitally copied him. I really felt ripped off.

I think it is ultra sounds. You get a pic of the fetus, doc tells you its gonna be all fucked up, and you do a miscarriage/abortion.

I'd love to see stats on midget/dwarf births over the years though. It would be a fun thing to stare at and create theories.
