"Real Genius", "Top Secret" and "Willow"

Every 25 years or so Hollywood has to make a movie with lots of midgets. "Willow", "Time Bandits" and "The Wizard of OZ" all come to mind offhand. I havn't seen anything recently so I wonder...Are there less midgets being born now or do the midgets just not need to exploit their condition to get work in todays politically correct world.
