I was surprised when I read that article, as I don't think Santorum has thought through all the potential outcomes of what he seeks. The risk with high-profile obscenity prosecutions is setting precedents that go against the result that police or prosecutors want to obtain. While being the prosecutor in a case against Max Hardcore might be a slam dunk, I'd be a little leery of going up against Kink.com.
