It's basically hash and there is an art to burning it. My girl's metal pipe builds resin really quick and she never cleans. It just plugs and then I have to deal with it. Pulled about 3 grams of sticky icky out of it. Tried to smoke it a couple of times, but it just melted. Finally flattened it out and ledft it out to dry. Much better.

All the metal tobacco pipes I've been making are either 2 1/2" or 3". Awhile back I made one for the Pot Snobs of Pend Oreille County that was 6" or so in a camouflage design. They didn't like it because it wasn't pocket sized. So I haven't made anymore, altho I have some of the threaded pipe in that length around. So the question I'm axing is do you guys think of the metal pipes as just a "pocket pipe" or as an around the house pipe? Or both? Or neither?

I don't know. I'd say at most an 80/20 split, majority being the pocket size. Some people will think bigger is better, and they should be separated from a bigger amount of dollars. Just don't go over board.

I was thinking the same thing. Or maybe putting a real design on it. I've got a mold of a wizard that I could glue on one. A project for tomorrow.

I've got a bottle of Cabo Wabo that's at least 7 years old in the fridge. When it's gone, I'll pop a hole in it and ask for no less that $75. Assuming I don't break it in the process.

If you want to get a foot hold in the "urban" market, you could use 40oz bottles, and maybe Mad Dog and the like.

QFT. I have a closet with a stash of bottles. I don't like my garbage to be too "clinky" when I take it to the curb. It looks bad.

I'm the opposite. I don't recycle, so I want my trash extra clinky, so the garbage guys think there was partying going on and they don't say anything. It is amazing what a $20 each at x-mas time will get you. I could probably put a body out there and they'd take it, as long as I cut it up into pieces 50lbs or less.

Oh, but if you go over that limit they act like little Japanese schoolgirls. When we lived in God's Country, they left one of our cans with a note that it was too heavy. I called, axed what the weight limit was, took my postal scale outside to find out I was under the limit...the limit being like 65 lbs and I had maybe 50 and change. I'm at my cuntiest when my cause is righteous and I'm facing an oppressive government. After several calls from me asking how they measure "too heavy" and demanding an official come out the hinterlands to weigh my garbage, they finally agreed I "might' be right and comped me a month of service. Of course that didn't stop me from standing on the porch every Wednesday morning and asking "if you boys needed any help with those heavy heavy cans...wouldn't want you to break your nails" for like 3 weeks. I'd like to believe I'm not so stupid combative. Except online, of course.

Our trash pick up is private. Gubment got nothing to do with it, so they aren't douchey.

It doesn't matter. But the people at the landfill are pretty nice. The Boy has come to expect 2 suckers each trip there.

The Boy and I hit the drive thru ATM at my bank a couple of Saturdays ago. He was quite distressed when I started to pull away and he hadn't gotten his sucker. I tried explaining that they were closed and I was talking to a machine, but I'm pretty sure he thinks I scammed him.

I miss the dumpster days. It was anarchy, garbagewise. I doubt my sanitation engineers would take a couch.

I could get a dumpster on the cheap probably, but my trash guys come once a week, and there is no limit to how much you can put out there. If I clean out the garage or something and put a lot out, I put a pizza box under it w/ a couple bucks in it, and write "OPEN ME" on the top, then "THANKS" on the inside.

Place I used to rent w/some friends we had a will call dumpster. No set anything, just $29 when ever we called and needed it emptied. For another $10, the guy would wait while we filled it up again.
