Maybe at the beginning I though he might, as well. But now it seems that he's just biting the bullet and accepting that there was no WMD's. He does seem to be justifying the war by constantly noting that "Saddam was a bad guy".

Saddam and his government were definitely evil, and the mother fuckers deserved what they got. But shit, why did Bush have to rush into it? He should have gotten the other countries in line before going in? Now, he's quite literally fucked himself -- and the American people.

The American people have to flip the bill for Iaq's reconstruction, while America's cities and roads continue to deteriorate. No bid contracts for Haliburton, what the fuck?

The American people also have to serve up their children as possible targets in a shitbox country that neither deserves, nor appreciates, their help.

I hope Bush is a one term President, so he can slink away in the muck and mire that will become his legacy.
