A "Public Service" where someone is accused of being a criminal yet there is no mention of a victim or proof of a crime isn't really a public service.

You could be right, but simply suspecting someone of crimes based on anonymous victims (who haven't bothered to bring this person to justice of their own volition and instead are talking to you) is kind of pointless and silly, don't you think?

If you have evidence then bust the guy. Otherwise please let us know when you plan on doing something more strong than issuing a vicious internet taunting.
