I lopped off the ends, coated them in coconut oil, wrapped them in parchment paper, then after they cooked, i slid the skin right off and seasoned them with dulse flakes- which btw is a great source of iodine. iodinized salt is NOT. And if you're hypothyroid, it's great for that as well. I could chill these, but I wanna eat them now, and it's a lil cold in L.A. tonight.
