Yup, I remember that. It happened while on location in Brazil. Stephano said that most of the guys on set were injecting stuff into their dicks, so he tried it.

What happened next was kind of gross as Mike started suffering from prapism and had to be taken to a hospital, where a slit was made in his penis to eleveate the blood flow. There was some fear that Mike might become impotent but as we all now, it wasn't the case.
