Before Viagra, there was an old trick some performers used.

1) Get a bunch of marbles. Yeah, the ones kids use to play.
2) Put em on the fridge for one hour before shooting.
3) During the shooting, when it comes to the "action", stick a couple of those marbles up the actor´s bungoholio.
4) Enjoy.
