My wife had a reduction, apart from the scaring it didn't turn out bad at all. She still has some pretty large boobs, just not the cannons she had before.

The scars were a bit of a turn off for awhile. She went back for the shots to lesson them, but it was like 16 shots across both tits. She just pussed out, can't say I blame her. Over time the scaring has diminished to the point I don't notice it much.
