I see it as the type of food you can enjoy. Hence my clarification of MOSTLY instead of an absolute. No way will I say I'm raw vegan or vegan when clearly some of my diet is not that...example: just because I eat Japanese food, doesn't mean I'm Japanese.

And I'm not macro. I don't follow their 'you can only consume certain foods depending upon your region/season,' and I like mostly the juicy freshness of uncooked/raw veggies and fruit.
