It can be very costly. Especially if you buy organic and/or local.


I find the more raw I am, the less hungry I am. Why? Because I'm being satiated with nutrients. Also, I don't buy stupid tinctures, etc. I buy real, actual food. Organic when I can, as much as I can afford. But what's really saved me money is buyng produce from farmers' markets. Organic there is way cheaper than regular in a grocery store. Sucks that NY is lacking in farmers markets.
