Grains are definitely NOT the basis of my diet. Raw vegs/fruit are. Grains are the very least of what I consume. I eat meat maybe a few times a month. Dairy, barely ever since I could care less about it except for pizza which I eat maybe once a month.

When I was mostly vegan and before that, vegetarian, grains were the basis of my diet. What a fabulous difference in my weight, skin tone, and energy switching to fresh/uncooked/juicy/raw vegetables and fruit as my base!

And yes, I see your vegan definition pic. Note that I said MOSTLY vegan.
