Yep, from my understanding Panda is the only other stake holder. I think the Jarrets kept 10% to guarantee Jeff wouldn't be shut out of the business. Take money outta Vince's pocket and he holds the grudge. I think Macho Man was black balled, not for the Steph rumors, but because he took that Slim Jim money with him to WCW.
