I think they're the only holders besides Panda Energy. But who knows? They're expanding. India, AAA (I think), they just bought an old E developmental territory. Maybe there's a grand master plan.

Or not. I'd like to see them succeed. They do cool stuff, give Indy guys a shot, bring in Japanese and Mexican guys. As a company, they seem to appreciate the business more.
