Brock and Heyman are buddy buddy, so I'd have Heyman come in as the office, throw the old timers out, have them revolt, then bring in Brock to kill them off one by one. Heyman and Brock would be babyfaces in this. Then when Brock is done taking out the trash, I put the strap on him and let him run with it. Use Styles as the face you gotta get through to get to Brock. First big feud with the strap would be Abyss. Brock is a fucking Monster, so he don't need a group around him, just a mouth piece. I'd throw him on TV from time to time in a handicap match w/ some X division guys for shits and giggles. But basically, you got a star who is a monster, that you can throw shit at and see who can get over.

And Brock would only have to show up every other week. Monday and Tuesday one week, and Sunday-Tuesday the other week. I don't know what you would have to pay him, since he was probably knocking down well over a mill a fight in UFC, not including endorsements.
