My gas oven fucking blows. There's no warm/simmer setting. It's high, medium, or nothing. The pilots up top and down below constantly go out, and the metal grill thingies are uneven and bent in a way that makes my pans and skillets wobble when I sautee shit.

Let me correct that. There's a low/simmer setting, but the flame just sort of sputters around and goes out.
