The illness is real. She's an adult entertainer, so how else do you expect her to try and make a living?

I'm sure the last thing she's looking forward to is putting herself out there in her condition and performing sex shows (not that she isn't into doing sex shows, but it's hard to do this when you are sick). The same would be true for any of us rushing back to our jobs fresh off of cancer treatment.

But you gotta do what you gotta do to put food on the table.
