He complained about having to get Fios because of his neighbors. I asked if he was biting off their signal to do some pirating, and he said it was the other way around. I guess they were torrenting up a storm and his cable company cut him off.

Poor bastard. Now he's just sittin around sniffing glue while playing w/ Jap Robots.
