I don’t think there’s any “word” about it, she’s been back tweeting on the regular, her fiance (DirtJunior) supposedly dumped her. This may explain why.

If it’s REALLY true, I imagine there could be some serious criminal charges levied against her. She even went on Howard Stern and he was rooting for her, as if it were convincing. If she did fake this shit, I hope she dies an ugly, poor death at the hands of mafia bookies.
