I'm a little confused tonight in general, so I'm not taking anything personal.

Anyway, have you ever witnessed what I complained about? A server actively walking past customers who are trying to get her attention and ignoring them? This has happened any number of times to me. If it just happens once, I would assume she's just beusy and is trying to serve people in order of how long they've been waiting. If it happens to you all night, I don't see a problem with leaving a shitty tip and going home mad. I've never personally left a seriously shitty tip, but I don't blame my friend for leaving a penny in that instance.
