If I had terminal cancer, I'd probably use my time getting very high on drugs and extracting a few pounds of flesh from some people on my special list. Throw in some depraved sex and alcohol and yeah, that's about it. Wait, maybe some type of scam to leave a few shekels behind for the loved ones.
