Ate at the New York Athletic Club last night. Had the vegetable soup. I wasn't very hungry. This place is jacket required. I wish someone had told me that before I got on the subway, and of course, phones don't work once you're on the platform underground. They had an issue with my above the knee dress and no stockings. I went into a drug store and bought black stockings so I could eat dinner. The New York Athletic Club is a hotel with a restaurant inside. They don't even allow texting inside the lobby.
I hope there was some kind of >"alterior"< motive for going to that place, Gia. What you just described sounded pretty goddamn arbitrary for eating a bowl of soup that you were'nt quite hungry for in the first place.
