It doesn't purport to be Amish. Not at all. Especially with most of their cashiers and bakers running around in hajibs.

Tomorrow morning, my bf and I are having breakfast at a wonderful Jewish deli in Long Island called Zan's. Their spinach knish is very good. Not to starchy or heavy. More spinach than potato. Lots of vegetarian items for him there as well.
